I went to college for my Metallurgical Engineering degree at Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in Lima, then for specialization to Universidad de Lima. I worked for a modern steel making plant and a Foundry making special alloy parts for the mining industry. Then I worked as a teacher for Universidad de Lima, teaching 3 engineering classes, I came to Florida in the late 80s. I worked in wholesale sales for Borden Inc. in the Fort Lauderdale territory, what a beautiful city. I also went to college in Miami for a Business Management degree.
I had the opportunity to work in NW Arkansas for a Natural and Organic Market as Purchasing Manager where I learnt about supplements and vitamins. The company sent me to many training seminars all around the United States. Am proud to say that I have been to all 48 contiguous US. What a beautiful country and nice people. After years of traveling the US, I was missing my family in Miami and coming home anytime I had available. USA is such a beautiful big country, and I then realized how beautiful and special is Miami. I LOVE the warm Sunny Isles Beaches, the Florida keys, Islamorada, Las Olas Blvd, Oleta Park, Greynolds Park and Sunray East.
in 2009, with my family we bought houses and apartments to fix and rent. It was a success story.
